Hi Kellie, I read your blog regularly. I'm always interested in discovering other countries through other people's eyes...if I can't get there myself :)The Middle East must be a vast contrast to Australia!

I'm REALLY interested in seeing what that chrystal mutates into, lol.

Hi Snap, I came across your blog while I was looking for the difference between Loy Krathong and Yee Peng (believe it or not, but after 16+ years in CM, TH, I only heard about Yee Peng this year!) and went to 'about us' when I saw you were in TH for 1 year. I was flabbergasted (my favorite Eng word) when I saw that your 2 dd's are born on the same date. Here's why... I have 2 ds's born on the same date, AND in the same years ('84 and '86) as your dd's. (Not same date as your dd's though). Just popped in to share that :)
Hope you're having a wonderful time traveling!

Hi Leanne...flabbergasted is a great word :) Almost spooky about our dd's birth years. We're loving CM, have been here a couple of times before on holidays and felt very comfortable...the city is not too big and not to small. Wow, 16 years is a long time. You've well and truly transplanted yourself!

Hi Snap

Thanks so much for commenting on the Young Learner blogs; the excitement and motivation of someone outside of school taking an interest was incredible!

The term is almost at an end so they have finished blogging for now but they enjoyed the experience and showed some strong improvement in planning, writing and creative thinking.

A new group will begin to blog in the middle of January and the blog has been so successful I think more teachers will be doing it then.

Thanks again and enjoy Thailand (I'd love a seafood Pad Thai, right now!)

I'll keep up with your blog, too...

Hey Snap, sorry it's taken so long to comment, don't have time to read so much these days, really like your blog, blogs are always better when you feel you can get to know the person you're reading, I think. Cheers! Ben

Ben, thanks for the comment. I know what you mean about keeping up with reading. I like writing the blog/s :) I think I'd keep writing them even if nobody was reading them!

I love your Diary on www.danploy.com and if I had more time, I'd read that novel you're writing online.

Ben, I doubt you're still subscribed to comments (if you ever were), but I'd like to apologise for my foot in mouth comment. I had my Dan's and Ben's confused...obviously too many Leos that night ;) Ben's blog is the Thai Pirate and a great read at that! http://www.thethaipirate.com/
